Our story
From a boutique practice to a full-service institution.
What began as a two-attorney corporate practice in the heart of Colombo's commercial district has grown into a firm of more than forty legal professionals across six practice areas.
Growth, however, has never been the goal — only the consequence of doing right by the people we serve. The enterprises we guided through their first incorporation now call on us for cross-border mergers. The families we represented a generation ago trust us with their children's estates.
That continuity is the measure by which we judge ourselves: not the matters won, but the relationships sustained.
